Those pictures basically summarize how my life is now.
Graduated but still studying. For those who don't know me. Hi! Via internet, my name is Kayten. I am a college graduate with a degree in nursing. These past months I graduated nursing school, moved out of LA (for realz), interviewed for job (but didn't get it), took two nursing review courses, and now studying my life away for those boards I have to take fairly soon. Life is a whirlwind, for real. My life as an undergraduate is over. Pretty soon, I have to start my career. No more summer holidays, winter breaks, school. It's bittersweet feeling, ne?
It's pretty weird when I think about my career, especially with this economy. I'm scared out of mind. I've thought of moving overseas (most especially Japan) to take my career there. But, I researched, and it seems like everyone is struggling. So I'm back to the drawing board. As people say, I need to take one step at a time. Slay one dragon at a time, which is those boards.
The only thing that is keeping me sane is LJ, the JEfandom. I do not know what I would do without this fandom. I would probably INSANE. ha. Anyways. I'll post about the dramas I'm watching later..
I spent today trying update and make a banner for my LJ. However, I just ended up making a new friends only image for my Friends Lock. Check it out HERE. And, yes, I did put a crown on my BB, of course. of course. Right now Tama-chan is my ICHIBAN. You'll hear more about it later.
But, SHAKE IT UP, why can't Kisumai perform it yet? Why don't they release the song yet? WHY WHY WHY? Tell me why? It was performed on Shounen Club by the Bakelaya boys. Why not Kisumai? BUUUUT this song, sounds like something on the RADIO here. Especially their KISUMAI-STEP. It would totally make it here. I believe it. It's an addicting/catchy song. Congratulations KisuMai once again.
Anyways,I am FREAKING out because of Shiritsu Bakelaya Koukou. When did thes Jrs. become not so Jr and Chibi. I started to watch for the theme song and Miyacchi. When I started, I was surprised and impressed.
I was looking through tags on tumblr. I swear I was like hyperventilating because I couldn't believe it was him. Or any of these boys pictured above. From what I was watching & as stated previously, I am very, VERY impressed by the drama and acting. *applause for the Johnny's Jr.*
But I was reading at aramatheydidnt about idols, it explained the success of Idols/Boybands in Japan. It's a pretty interesting read. It's all true and I agree with it. Here's a little snippet of it.
"Idols are beautiful, unattainable people we get to 'know' through an almost constant barrage of public appearances, " Shimizu said. "Since they enter the industry at such a young age, we get to watch them grow into adults. And consequently, we end up invested in their careers.

This was a good study break. Anyways, I'll post more in the near future. Please don't give up on me, friends. College was hard, therefore, I couldn't post much. This GIF explains how I was the past four years -__-
